1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
This document establishes the general terms and conditions of sale between Dikamar, S.A., headquartered at Parque Industrial Manuel da Mota, Lote 27, Rua Pedro Álvares Cabral, n.º 12, 3100-354 Pombal, with VAT number 503 542 466, and persons wishing to make purchases through the online store www.shop.dikamar.com, referred to as Users. The general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the information necessary for the user regarding the methods of ordering, selling, paying for, and delivering purchases made in the online store.
Browsing the website www.shop.dikamar.com, as well as purchasing any product at this address, implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Online sales are valid and applicable to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, and European countries indicated in the online store.
The online store www.shop.dikamar.com may contain links to other websites, which may contain useful information/tools for its users. These general conditions shall not apply to third-party websites. As such, if the user visits another website, redirected from our website, they should read its privacy policy.
2. TERMS OF USE
By using the online store www.shop.dikamar.com, the user:
- Declares that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions;
- Declares that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence, and that they are legally able to enter into contracts and will use their own means of payment;
- Will not make fraudulent use of the online store www.dikamar.com, contrary to the law or good customs;
- Accepts that Portuguese law will govern any conflict with the consumer, without prejudice to any provision to the contrary, EU directive, or international treaty.
The website is protected in accordance with international internet standards, so if used correctly, the user can be sure that they will not encounter viruses or other malicious programs. However, we decline any responsibility for any problems, damage, viruses, or risks that the user may incur during the misuse of the website, as well as any deficient use of the website.
3. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONTENT
Dikamar reserves the right to freely modify these terms in order to adapt them to applicable legislation, without prior notice.
We publish information in order to provide the best service to users, and we update this information continuously. However, we accept no responsibility for any technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors that may arise. We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the online store without prior notice.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Product Information
All items presented in the online store are described as accurately as possible.
Users should read the description of the items as carefully as possible and, if they have any questions, they should contact us using the contact form available on the website or by email at geral@dikamar.com.
Due to the type of computer used, color settings, internet browser, or other factors, the colors shown in the photos in the online store may differ from the actual colors. Dikamar cannot be held responsible for such differences.
Information on Stock Unavailability
We reserve the right to inform the user, within 72 hours of receiving the order, of the unavailability of any item ordered.
After informing the user of this unavailability, the contract is automatically terminated with regard to the unavailable item, and the user is guaranteed that they will not incur any costs due to the cancellation of the order for the unavailable item. The contract will remain in force and will have its normal effects with regard to any other items that may have been ordered, unless otherwise indicated by the user.
Price Information
Sales prices are shown in euros. The price shown for each product includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal. Dikamar reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Dikamar undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that causes a substantial change in the sale price not foreseen by Dikamar, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.
5. PURCHASE PROCESS
5.1. Registration
To make a purchase, you must register as a user in the online store.
5.2. Product Availability
All items in the online store are available for order, but stock is limited. If items are unavailable or become unavailable during the purchase process, an alert will be issued and it will not be possible to proceed with the purchase of the unavailable item.
5.3. Payment Methods
Dikamar accepts payments via MB Way, Apple Pay,Google Pay PayPal, and credit card. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received. Dikamar guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted.
5.4. Discounts
The online store may offer price discounts that are valid for a limited time. These discounts will be valid during the advertised period and on the condition that the order is finalized and paid for by the user by the end of that period. Saving a product in the “shopping cart” does not guarantee its price or discount.
5.5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the purchase price when this price is less than €10. Shipping to mainland Portugal is free for purchases over €10. Outside this territory, the cost of transport will be added to the order value and communicated to the user in advance. Shipping costs do not include any import taxes that may be charged upon entry into the user's destination country. For non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs duties may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be deducted from the payment made.
5.6. Delivery
Dikamar undertakes to deliver the items ordered as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during festive periods, vacations, and holidays. The order is sent to the address provided by the user when placing the order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Upon delivery of the order, the user must carefully inspect the order/packaging BEFORE signing the delivery document. If, for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with, you must sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse delivery.
If you accept delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, you must immediately file a complaint with the Carrier and contact us by phone at 236 244 580, by email (geral@dikamar.com or marketing@dikamar.com) or via the chat available in the online store.
Undelivered Orders
If, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. If the order is not successfully delivered to the user's address due to any lack of cooperation (incorrect phone number, incorrect or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there is a risk that the order will be returned. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the user.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of undelivered orders.
The costs of returning undelivered orders are subject to additional charges such as transportation costs or charges levied by customs or other entities, which in no case will be refunded by us.
Insurance
Dikamar insures each order during transit, until it is delivered to the user. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility is transferred to the user.
If the user designates a recipient other than themselves for delivery purposes, they accept the signature as proof of delivery and fulfillment by Dikamar and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way.
6. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The deadline for returning orders is 30 days, counting from the day the customer receives the order. If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the item may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Any product purchased from the online store that reveals serious defects, missing parts, or damage caused by shipping may be exchanged for another size or refunded within a maximum period of 30 days. All shipping costs will not be charged or deducted from the refund.

In the case of returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
6.1. Return Instructions
The user must contact Dikamar using one of the methods described above within 30 days of the delivery date and indicate the order number, product reference, and reason for the return. Any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that the user may incur will not be reimbursed by us.
In the event of a return of all or part of the order, Dikamar will refund the amount paid by the user, deducting the cost of shipping for the return.
The user may choose between two forms of exchange/return:
Exchange
Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (if you choose an item of greater value, you will receive a message or email with information on how to pay the difference). In the case of an exchange, we do not charge additional costs for shipping the new item. Once the items to be exchanged have been received and checked, the new item will be shipped immediately.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been received and checked, via bank transfer. For refunds to EU countries, the VAT amount will also be refunded. Any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or additional costs incurred by the user will not be refunded by us in the event of a return.
Exchanges and returns must arrive at our facilities within 30 days of shipment and comply with the following conditions:
Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and other accessories sent with the order.
Returns must be packaged in the original box.
In the case of defective items or incorrect merchandise, the user must follow the instructions above.
We do not accept returns of items that do not comply with the procedures set out in the terms and conditions of the return policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
6.2. Damage Caused by Transportation/Defective Items
Returns of defective items will only be accepted if the items were already defective at the time of delivery to the user. Dikamar carefully checks all items before shipping them to detect any defects. In this regard, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence of defective items or incorrectly shipped merchandise before authorising their return. All items returned as defective will be properly inspected upon receipt, and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective.
Defective items will be exchanged for identical items, subject to availability. If the user does not wish to receive a replacement item, they must request this by filling out the Exchanges and Returns form, sending an email (geral@dikamar.com or marketing@dikamar.com), calling 236 244 580, or using the chat feature available in the online store.
The return of defective items must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer, in the same amount paid by the user.
6.3. Returns and Exchanges of Sale or Promotional Items
The conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges apply to sale and promotional items.
7. DATA MANAGEMENT AND PRIVACY
Dikamar is committed to protecting the data of all users of its online store. Therefore, all personal data provided by users with their consent will be treated as strictly confidential, will not be sold to third parties, and will be used exclusively for communications relating to the online store and order management.
Users may exercise their rights of access, alteration, or cancellation by sending a written request to the email addresses geral@dikamar.com or marketing@dikamar.com. Our Privacy Policy complies with current legislation in Portugal and with the General Data Protection Regulation in force.
Dikamar reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the online store is Portuguese law.
9. DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
