These models are certified to the EN ISO 20347:2022 O4+CI+SR and EN ISO 20345:2022 S5+CI+SR standards and meet the requirements of ASTM F2413-18, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

The Eaglegrip® boot is one of Dikamar’s most widely used models in the food industry. Developed specifically for food processing environments, this boot incorporates Alpha AirTech® technology, which offers high flexibility, excellent durability and thermal comfort down to -30°C.

The Eaglegrip® also stands out for its safety and hygiene features, which are essential for this sector: a non-slip sole on surfaces with grease or liquids, resistance to oils, chemicals and solvents, and a design that is easy to clean and disinfect. Yes, many Dikamar® safety boots are compliant with EN ISO 20345, the European standard for protective footwear. Please check the specific boot model’s Data Sheet or Declaration of Conformity to confirm it meets the latest standards and the required safety category (such as S5, S4, S3).

These safety levels refer to specific protective features defined by the EN ISO 20345 standard for safety footwear:

• O4: Non-safety footwear with no protective toe cap or midsole
• SB- SB stands for Safety Basic, so it’s the lowest safety level of this standard. SB-rated footwear is slip-resistant and has a safety toe cap that protects your feet at 200J impacts.
• S1- footwear has all the SB features, has a closed heel area, as well as an energy absorption heel, and is antistatic.
• S2: Safety boots with a protective toe cap
• S3: Safety boots with a protective toe cap and a puncture-resistant midsole
• S4: Waterproof safety boots with a protective toe cap
• S5: Waterproof safety boots with both a protective toe cap and a puncture-resistant midsole.

• First care: At the end of each use, avoid leaving the boot dirty for too long. It will be exposed to waste and impurities, which will damage the life of the boot. You can quickly remove some dirt by tapping your feet, which will remove the most superficial and loose dirt.
• Washing: You then need to wash the boots as effectively as possible. Use a hose to rinse the boots thoroughly. The pressure of the water will remove most of the dirt. Don't forget to rinse the sole of your boot well, it's on the underside of the boot where most of the dirt accumulates and where it's hardest to remove.
• Interior lining: Regularly remove the insoles from your boots and wash them separately and leave them to dry naturally. Periodically replace the old insoles with new ones, but be careful to use the same model as the original.
• Storage: Let your boots dry naturally, away from direct sources of heat or sunlight. The storage area should be dry, well ventilated and sheltered from the sun.

It depends on the type of boot you wear. Dikamar’s polyurethane boots (Alpha®, Alpha Trace®, Alpha IcePack®, Eaglegrip®) can last up to 4 times longer than a standard pair of PVC boots. Developed using Dikamar’s Alpha AirTech® technology, which ensures flexibility, high durability and thermal comfort in polyurethane boots. In addition, proper use and regular cleaning are required.

No, it is not possible to repair Dikamar boots. You could try sticking a patch onto the boot, but it will not adhere to the polyurethane or PVC and will not work. To ensure the required standards of safety and hygiene, particularly in professional settings, it is recommended that you replace the boots whenever they show significant wear and tear.

No, at the Dikamar online shop, returns and exchanges are free of charge. The free return policy applies only to the first return; if you wish to exchange an item for a second time, we will charge you for the delivery costs.

Dikamar® is committed to delivering the ordered items as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days for Portugal and Spain and 7-10 days for other countries.
