If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the product. Once we have received your Exchange/Return Form, we will collect the product and it will be exchanged/returned within 1 to 2 days of receiving it at our warehouse. 

Exchanges and returns are free of charge for mainland Portugal.
